Our aluminum dock frames are fabricated locally in Seneca, SC using 6061t6 Aluminum. The heavy-weight frame design incorporates corner bracing and roof supports that extend through the top flange of the channel in the floor frames to provide more opportunity for welding and strengthen the connection between the roof and base frames. This enables the base frames to withstand even the roughest waters. Our system relies completely on welds during the fabrication process which occurs both in the shop as well as in the final field installation. Allowing the opportunity for more welds eliminates the need for fasteners which allows the parts to move independently making the dock much weaker and noisy. All of our welding is completed by trained, certified employees who put a great deal of effort in cleaning and inspecting the welds to ensure the job is done properly.
